WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at our venue, Villa Siena 890 W. Elliot Road, Suite 104 Gilbert, AZ 85233. Upon arrival, guests will be directed to the courtyard for the ceremony. The cocktail hour will then take place indoors. Afterward, the main ballroom will be used for the sit-down dinner and reception.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive no later than 4:15pm, so that you have time to get your seats before our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. This will ensure we can get the party started as scheduled!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen could wear suit pants and a button-down shirt with a tie, with suit jacket or sports coat optional. Although semi-formal is highly recommended, please wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable - except white :)
WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK? IS PARKING FREE?
Yes, parking is free and available on site. If you plan to have celebratory drinks with us, we recommend planning to use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft (For our Out of Town guests, we have secured a limited amount of Uber ride vouchers for the day of our wedding. Please contact us if you’d like to be provided with one.)
CAN I BRING MY KID(S)?
With a few exceptions, our wedding won't be able to accommodate all the little ones due to venue capacity, so we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Due to venue capacity, our wedding guest list is limited. Unfortunately, we can only accommodate those listed on your RSVP (please use the RSVP link at the top of this site to check your invites).
DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?
We have reserved a hotel block at the DoubleTree By Hilton in Mesa, AZ for the weekend. Please check the Hotel link on this website for more information, or click here. Please note that this Hotel Block is only held until August 30th for new bookings.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Of course! :) We will be serving wine, beer, cocktails & our signature drink! Please bring cash to tip our bartenders!
CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We have hired talented professionals to capture our day, so we ask that you please hold off on using your phones during our “unplugged ceremony”. We will be sure to share our pictures and videos with everyone after the wedding. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos or videos as you’d like!
WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Please RSVP by August 20th, as we will need to provide our vendors with a final headcount by this time.
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF YEAR?
We’re sorry to say… a little toasty! (Welcome to Arizona!) Although the temperature will likely be within 90-100 degrees on our special day, guests may wait indoors upon arrival and prior to taking their seats shortly before the ceremony. The ceremony, which will last approximately 30 minutes, will be the only portion of the wedding that takes place outdoors.
